Advantages:

Мягкая, удобная кровать, телевизор напротив кровати - это замечательно. Плюсом - одноразовые средства личной гигиены - были очень кстати.

Disadvantages:

Газовая плита - для меня существенный минус в городских квартирах, как и не застеклённый балкон. Отсутствие зелёного чая и кофе - тоже.
