Чистота помещения. Быстрое реагирование на заселение и выезд. Хорошее расположение в городском квартале. Солнечное расположение. Близкое расположение магазинов, аптек и даже кинотеатр. Спокойные соседи по подъезду. Наличие мест парковки.
