Advantages:

Квартира расположена в центре, в шаговой доступности несколько крупных магазинов, где можно купить всё необходимое. В самой квартире есть вся привычная бытовая техника, за исключением, пожалуй, стиральной машины, но она не всем нужна.

Disadvantages:

В квартире стойко прокуренный воздух, который пришлось выветривать весь вечер, постарались ли предыдущие арендаторы или хозяева, неизвестно. Постельные принадлежности и полотенца также были со стойким запахом табака. Шторы в основной комнате уже размера окна, из-за чего ночью довольно светло. Но спасают тёмные обои, которые съедают попадающий свет.
